The Making Cottage Sewing Planner: The Story behind
Fabric notes on random papers, measurements hidden inside old notebooks, screenshots saved on my phone, sewing plans I would completely forget about a week later...
At some point I realised I wanted one place to keep everything together. Not just organised, but beautiful too. Something that would actually make me want to sit down slowly with a coffee and plan my ideas properly.
I designed it as a sewing companion filled with little spaces for project ideas, patchwork plans, measurements, fabric notes, sewing supplies, seasonal inspiration and all the tiny details that little by little become part of a handmade journey.
I think maybe all of them were created because my mind is always full of ideas and I needed somewhere to collect them all.
Honestly, I wanted this journal to feel less like “productivity” and more like keeping memories of my creative life.
The planner is now available as a hardcover edition in my Etsy shop and also as a paperback edition on AMAZON for anyone who loves sewing, journaling and collecting handmade ideas in one little place.
I truly hope it becomes a small creative companion for other makers too.
A little cottage for ideas to live in 🏠.
